We're looking for a Middle/Senior DevOps Engineer to strengthen the Recorded Future product team. In this role, you'll take ownership of infrastructure and deployment pipelines, contribute to the architecture of scalable systems, and drive the integration of new features and external services as part of a fast-paced, collaborative product team.
Maintain and optimize a Kubernetes-based infrastructure, focusing on reliability, scalability, and performance
Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, Terragrunt, Helm, and Ansible
Operate and evolve GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines using FluxCD, ensuring smooth, automated delivery processes
Monitor infrastructure and services in a GCP-first environment, with select workloads in AWS
Collaborate with developers to improve workflows, automate deployments, and align infrastructure with product needs
Investigate and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues, implementing sustainable fixes and improving system resilience
Log work accurately and consistently across Jira and self-hosted GitLab, supporting agile workflows and team visibility
Document infrastructure components, CI/CD flows, and operational practices in a clear and organized way
Participate in on-call rotations and incident response, helping ensure system uptime and continuous improvement
Advocate for best practices in DevOps, including automation, security, observability, and operational excellence
Communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a distributed, cross-functional team

Middleware: GitLab CE + CI/CD, Grafana, Prometheus, Tekton, FluxCD, SQL/NoSQL, Terraform/Terraform
Cloud: GCP/AWS
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field of study, or some other similar level of educational background, is preferred.
Nice to have: Ansible, Apache Kafka, Elastic' stack, MongoDB
