Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract)

We're seeking a driven and process-oriented Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing, talent team for a 5-month contract starting at 30 hours per week. This is a contract position located in greater Washington D.C area. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the latest recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract top-tier technical talent focused on technical roles
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing, coordination, to offer negotiation
- Utilize Greenhouse ATS and GoodTime scheduling to optimize and streamline the recruitment process
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage passive candidates effectively
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, ideal profile, the "sell", and team dynamics
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical interviews
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Continuously analyze and improve recruitment metrics and processes
- Partner with our incubations to provide insights into the talent market as well as the motivations of the top candidates
- Negotiate offers within range and with respect to our full benefits package with tools such as Radford and Carta
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a startup and/or venture capital environment
- 2 + years of experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- 1+ years of experience with GoodTime scheduling (goodtime.io)
- Experience with U.S. Department of Defense cleared recruiting and hiring
- Located in the Washington, D.C. area with the ability to come into our office in McLean, VA
- Detailed understanding of all data science, machine learning, software engineering, and infrastructure technical roles, where they align in the software development process, and ability to evaluate candidates' skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding yearly hiring targets
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field

Hourly Rate: $55.00 - $85.00. This represents the typical rate for this position based on experience, skills, and other factors.
