- Responsible for leading, planning, outlining, editing, scheduling, and overseeing the timely development and delivery of high-quality responses to federal R&D business opportunities
- Coordinate proposal content inclusion with various departments and stakeholders
- Manage the preparation of several proposals in parallel and ensure compliance with customer requirements

- Experienced in managing Federal government proposals, grants, BAAs, and SBIR/STTRs, with a focus on R&D funding proposals
- Strong understanding of Federal procurement processes and regulations, particularly in the R&D sector
- Proficient in using modern proposal management AI tools and software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling proposal content
- Ability to manage multiple R&D projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
