- The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience working with enterprise software solutions, particularly in customer success roles. - A strong background in cybersecurity is highly desirable, enabling the candidate to effectively communicate and advocate for the product. - The candidate should possess self-motivation and strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating good business acumen. - A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent engineering degree is preferred. - Experience with Salesforce and familiarity with network architecture will be beneficial for this role.
