- The Sales Director will be responsible for meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual bookings goals. - This role involves creating and developing a pipeline of qualified opportunities to capture new logos and expand within existing customers. - The candidate will need to maintain accurate forecasts of close rates and ensure a high support renewal rate for existing customers. - Building and maintaining trusted relationships with associates and customers is a key responsibility. - The Sales Director will coordinate with Sales Engineering and Professional Services to ensure technical resources are available to meet customer needs.

- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in selling enterprise software, particularly in the cloud, network, and security sectors. - A successful applicant will possess a strong track record of closing large seven-figure deals and navigating complex procurement processes. - The candidate should be adept at using consultative solution-selling methodologies, particularly MEDDPICC, to engage with enterprise customers. - Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills are essential for effectively conveying the value of RedSeal's offerings. - The individual must demonstrate excellent leadership abilities and a high sense of urgency in serving customer needs.
