- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Mechanical, Electrical, Integration, or Avionics technician.

- Proficiency in reading and understanding detailed schematics, technical drawings, manuals, and reports is essential.
- Candidates should be experienced with standard hand tools and measuring devices, such as multimeters and calipers.
- The successful applicant will have experience with Maritime and/or Aerospace test and safety practices.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with attention to detail, are crucial for this role.
