- The Human Factors Engineering Intern will support the design and evaluation of human interfaces for seaglider systems.
- Responsibilities include creating new feature concepts for the seaglider human interface and building out REGENT's UI/UX standards and design language.

- The ideal candidate is pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Human Factors Engineering, Engineering Psychology, or related fields.
- Proficiency with rapid prototyping tools such as Figma is essential for success in this role.
- Candidates should have research or coursework experience in Aviation/Maritime Human Factors, or possess flying, boating, or sailing experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create technical documentation, are crucial.
- A self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude towards problem-solving is highly valued.
- Adaptability and flexibility in managing moving deadlines and tasks are important traits for this position.
