✨ About The Role
- Responsible for staging, assembling, and installing vehicle hardware and systems for the seaglider
- Perform mechanical assembly, including composite and metallic structures, and in-process testing
- Collaborate with production engineers to develop and document integration processes and design assembly fixtures
- Execute and manage new configuration introductions into the production area, including process development and validation for new designs
- Ensure all production services are performed safely, on time, and in a professional manner
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced technician with a background in hands-on manufacturing, preferably in aviation, aerospace, or marine industry
- Proficient in mechanical or electrical hardware installation and reading detailed schematics and technical drawings
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments and working effectively in a team environment
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing roles and responsibilities in a high-paced, challenging work environment
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
