- Lead the development and maintenance of software systems for Seaglider projects, focusing on vehicle guidance, navigation, system management, and communication
- Collaborate with hardware engineers, systems engineers, and other stakeholders to define software requirements and specifications
- Optimize software for efficiency, reliability, and real-time performance in resource-constrained embedded systems
- Conduct software hardware integration, debugging, and verification activities to validate system functionality, reliability, and performance
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in vehicle software development
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced vehicle software engineer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in the aerospace or automotive sector
- Proficient in C++, embedded systems, real-time operating systems, and distributed computing systems
- Skilled in software development lifecycle, prototyping, and hardware testing, including hardware-in-the-loop simulation and field testing
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
