✨ About The Role
- Develop and implement long-range human resources strategies to support the company’s mission and overall business goals
- Oversee all aspects of People and Talent, including organizational development, talent acquisition and management, legal and policy compliance, and labor relations
- Guide and facilitate the company's scaling from 90 employees to thousands over the coming years distributed across engineering, production, and operational support
- Establish and manage performance management activities, succession planning, and related core processes
- Regularly review and update company policies to ensure they adhere to state and federal laws and regulations
âš¡ Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in a high-growth startup environment, preferably in the aerospace or technology industries
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex situations and conflict resolution
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
- IT savviness with experience leveraging the latest software tools to streamline HR and Talent, including implementation of ERP systems
