  • Collaborate closely with engineering and leadership teams to resolve build issues, provide feedback on documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrate a proactive, growth-oriented mindset, embracing new challenges, learning opportunities, and contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation in a fast-paced environment

About You

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of basic electrical hand tools
  • Root cause analysis skills
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted, ensuring efficiency in handling materials and assemblies, and proficient in distinguishing colors for accurate wire identification and termination

  • An associate degree or higher in electronics, avionics, or a related field
  • Experience as a R&D technician working on high-complexity, mission-critical hardware, preferably within the aerospace industry
  • Current or previous certification in IPC J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, or similar industry standards, reflecting advanced soldering skills and commitment to quality
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure aerospace environment, consistently meeting rigorous performance and quality standards
