- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of aerospace mechanical experience or a related field.
- Experience in a fast-paced production environment is essential, particularly in handling flight hardware and performing critical operations.
- A wide range of technical skills is necessary, including fastener/torque applications, secondary retention, testing, and avionics familiarity.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for collaboration with engineering and production teams.
- The candidate should be comfortable using a variety of hand and pneumatic tools, as well as calibrated tools and measuring devices.
- Physical capability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces is required.
