✨ About The Role
- The Production Coordinator II will ensure accurate tracking and delivery of parts, kits, and assemblies to propulsion technicians at various workcenters.
- Responsibilities include maintaining floor stock for common parts, tooling, and consumables across multiple workcenters.
- The role involves providing feedback on work instructions and Bills of Materials (BoMs) to ensure accuracy for flight-critical parts.
- The candidate will establish new part flows for workcenters and apply consistent standards both locally and company-wide.
- Collaboration with engineering, technicians, inventory, and planning teams is necessary to resolve part shortages and improve efficiency.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Production Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using ERP, MES, and/or WMS software is essential for success in this position.
- Candidates should be highly organized and responsive, with the ability to drive consistency across multiple sites.
- Experience working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities is crucial for adapting to the fast-paced nature of the aerospace industry.
- A willingness to travel up to 10% to production and launch sites is expected.
- The candidate should be flexible with their schedule, including the ability to work overtime and non-standard shifts as needed.
