- The role involves owning and developing processes for fabricating, testing, and integrating Aeon engines and their subassemblies.
- The engineer will serve as the main point-of-contact between manufacturing and design teams to optimize the Aeon-R engine development.
- Responsibilities include ensuring that as-built hardware meets all aspects of the intended design with a focus on manufacturability and integration.
- The engineer will develop processes and procedures for post-processing of 3D printed parts and recommend design adaptations.
- Managing relationships with external suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of hardware is a key aspect of the job.

- A degree in engineering or a related technical field is required, along with 6+ years of relevant experience.
- The ideal candidate should possess the ability to effectively investigate and resolve hardware non-conformances.
- Strong skills in driving failure investigation efforts and implementing corrective actions are essential.
- Experience in working with and training technicians is important for this role.
- The candidate should have the ability to manage relationships with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of hardware.
- Knowledge of general assembly and test procedures, including tolerance stack-up analysis, is highly valued.
