- The role involves end-to-end hardware manufacturing ownership of Terran R valves in a fast-paced development environment.
- The successful candidate will create and continuously improve manufacturing work instructions and lead the manufacturing and production strategy for hardware.
- Responsibilities include investigating and resolving hardware non-conformances and driving the implementation of corrective actions.
- The role requires designing tooling and fixtures for assembly and testing, collaborating with design engineers, test engineers, technicians, and the internal machine shop.
- Support for component testing through development, qualification, and acceptance is also a key aspect of the job.

- A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required, along with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in building, manufacturing, testing, or troubleshooting hardware in a manufacturing environment.
- The ideal candidate should have experience interfacing with design engineering, manufacturing, and production personnel, demonstrating strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in investigating and resolving hardware non-conformances is essential, along with the ability to implement corrective actions effectively.
- Experience in tooling design using Siemens NX or other CAD tools is important, including skills in conceptualization, modeling, drafting, and detailed analysis.
- The candidate should be capable of working hands-on in a hardware environment and training technicians in writing work instructions and process plans for complex assemblies.
