- Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering.

- Experience in authoring work instructions and resolving complex manufacturing challenges is crucial.
- The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
