- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of general fabrication or assembly experience or a trade school degree. - Proficiency in the use of common hand tools and inspection tools is essential for success in this role. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office or team communication tools such as Slack is important for effective collaboration. - Candidates with A&P certification or previous aerospace experience will have an advantage. - Experience in precision drilling and the ability to read drawings or blueprints is a plus.
