- The Structures Technician I will be responsible for drilling holes on flight hardware using appropriate tooling and jigs.
- The role involves assembling hardware using structural adhesives, properly torquing fasteners, and installing inserts.
- Performing in-process inspections using hand tools such as micrometers, calipers, and pin gauges is a key responsibility.
- The technician will also perform blending or deburr operations using appropriate hand or power tools.
- Upholding high standards regarding safety and shop cleanliness is crucial in this position.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of general fabrication or assembly experience or a trade school degree.
- Proficiency in the use of common hand tools and inspection tools is essential for success in this role.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or team communication tools such as Slack is important for effective collaboration.
- Candidates with A&P certification or previous aerospace experience will have an advantage.
- Experience in precision drilling and the ability to read drawings or blueprints is a plus.
