✨ About The Role
- Lead strategic planning processes and collaborate with various teams to deliver an integrated company strategy & financial plan
- Work on cross-functional strategic initiatives across Finance, Product, GTM Strategy, and Operations
- Design, monitor, and report on key financial & operational KPI’s for the business
- Manage Rescale’s quarterly planning process and collaborate with department leads to formulate quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKR) across the company
- Act in a project management capacity for critical executive initiatives around efficiency, service strategy, and operational improvements
⚡ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of total work experience required, including a minimum of 2 years of experience at a Professional Services firm
- Experience with the technology industry or with a high growth tech startup preferred
- Excellent spoken & written communications abilities, including executive level presentation building and delivery
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; significant quantitative analytics experience
