✨ About The Role
- Develop and manage strategic projects to ensure timely execution towards industry standards in Japan
- Work with major Japanese enterprise customers, resellers, ISVs, and CSPs
- Partner with APAC general manager, Japan Sales and Technical directors to establish project directions and timelines
- Collaborate with various teams at Rescale including Sales, Engineering, and Product
- Provide management reports on project health, progress, risks, milestones, and performance
âš¡ Requirements
- Experience managing complex projects in a fast-moving environment, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills with excellent communication abilities
- Fluency in Japanese is required, with strong English skills being a plus
- Background in IT or Consulting is advantageous, as well as enterprise sales experience
- Ability to prioritize projects, establish governance structures, and streamline processes
