- The Maintenance Technician IV is responsible for ongoing corrective, predictive, and preventative maintenance of process equipment.
- This role includes executing setup and changeover support for process equipment in classified areas, including Class 100 aseptic environments.
- The technician will complete emergency repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance in compliance with cGMPs.
- Documentation and compliance with established procedures are critical components of the job responsibilities.
- The role involves training production operators on equipment setup and minor adjustments or repairs.
- The technician will perform cleaning and housekeeping activities to maintain a cGMP environment.
- Some overtime may be required to support business needs, including emergency overtime with little notice.

- The ideal candidate will have experience in a regulated production environment, specifically in equipment maintenance and performance.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills are essential for ensuring optimal operation of process equipment.
- The candidate should be proficient with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems such as Maximo or SAP.
- A background in mechanics, hydraulics, electronics, and testing equipment is preferred for effective problem-solving.
- The ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, is crucial for following instructions and documentation.
- The successful individual will be capable of lifting and handling equipment change parts and materials associated with maintenance and repair.
- Experience with automated equipment and continuous improvement systems like OEE, TPM, or LEAN is advantageous.
