✨ About The Role
- As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the end-to-end user experience within a cross-functional team.
- You are expected to demonstrate design thought-leadership that positively impacts the organization’s design culture.
- Your role involves hands-on work and mentorship around User Centered Design principles and methodologies.
- You will be responsible for transforming clients unfamiliar with design-thinking into agile and empathetic problem-solvers.
- The position requires deep experience in at least one facet of design, such as User Research, UI Design, or Service Design.
- You will work closely with clients and stakeholders in a consulting capacity, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
- The role may involve coaching client designers in user-centered design practices through collaborative enablement.
- You will spend most of your time embedded in a cross-functional team, sharing and evolving design practices across teams.
