- Experienced software engineer with 5-8 years in the industry, particularly in agile environments
- Strong communication skills and a passion for continuous learning and growth
- Comfortable working with clients, mentoring engineers, and leading product teams
- Proficient in a variety of programming languages and technologies such as PHP, Kotlin, Java, and JavaScript
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and make informed engineering decisions
