✨ About The Role
- Lead Rocket Lab's RF products business development, generating and executing sales of strategically aligned software products
- Develop and implement sales plans, systems, policies, initiatives, and procedures to manage the sales pipeline and close deals
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure adequate plans for delivery of RF products
- Research the RF product competitive landscape and market, lead forecasting of sales, determine pricing, and provide support for business development strategies
- Identify and obtain RFPs from aerospace/satellite primes and other satellite integrators for new space mission opportunities
⚡ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical discipline with 8+ years of experience in the aerospace or defense industry
- Experience in satellite RF products development, manufacturing, and/or sales
- Specialization in US government business development, selling to US national security and civil space customers
- Demonstrable success in business development, sales, program management, or engineering of satellite RF products
- Ability to lead, manage, and grow teams on fast-paced projects
