- Responsible for capturing commercial revenue across international markets for Rocket Lab's launch services
- Develop and execute the Global Commercial Launch Services strategy, business development, and sales
- Collaborate with the marketing team to formulate strategies for aerospace industry conferences and networking events
- Coordinate mission performance requirements with technical teams and maintain updated satellite launch market analysis
- Host important customers during strategic company events, launches, and press announcements

- Experienced professional with 8+ years in the aerospace industry, specifically in business development and sales
- Strong background in proposal development and business capture, with a proven track record of converting leads to quotes
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business discipline, with a master's degree being a plus
- Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time and comfortable hosting important customers during strategic events
- Skilled in developing and executing commercial strategies to grow new business worldwide
