✨ About The Role
- Responsible for fit-out, assembly, and installation of launch pad systems including heavy engineering structures, mechanisms, fluid lines, electrical and control hardware, and RF equipment
- Develop preventative maintenance and inspection procedures for launch pad systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues on launch pad systems and ensure reliable operation
- Work closely with a team of technicians and engineers to deliver launches at the highest rate
- Willingness to travel from Mahia to Auckland when required

- Experience in assembling large structures and mechanisms, with a focus on machining and fabrication
- Proficiency in working with fluid systems such as pneumatic, cryogenic, and hydraulics
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues on launch pad systems and develop maintenance procedures
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed schematics and instructions
- Effective communication skills and a careful work ethic
