✨ About The Role
- Responsible for managing technical and programmatic customer interfacing activities for Rocket Lab's Attitude Determination and Control System (ADCS) component programs
- Lead program management activities and act as the customer interface throughout the execution of ADCS Component programs
- Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to create ADCS Components product collateral and ensure timely delivery of deliverables
- Identify and obtain RFPs from aerospace/satellite primes and other satellite integrators for new and continuing space programs
- Develop and present bid/no-bid strategies, manage proposal planning, preparation, and submission, and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers
⚡ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical discipline with 5+ years of experience in the aerospace or defense industry
- Proficient in proposal development, writing, and best practice capture processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with customers on a technical level
- Experience in business development, program management, or engineering of satellite ADCS products
- Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams on fast-paced projects
