- Responsible for developing, implementing, and improving equipment, tooling, and processes for the assembly and testing of mechanisms for the Neutron Launch Vehicle - Involvement in facility construction projects and design reviews - Leading problem containment and root cause investigations for manufacturing discrepancies - Introducing automation where appropriate and ensuring equipment data links to MRP and quality systems - Developing and mentoring less experienced engineers and technicians

⚡ Requirements

- Experienced mechanical or aerospace engineer with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience - Proficient in mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes - Skilled in problem-solving and root cause analysis for manufacturing discrepancies - Ability to mentor and develop less experienced engineers and technicians - Comfortable working in a fast-paced prototype fabrication shop environment
