- Responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of composite manufacturing technologies and processes
- Design, develop, and implement tooling and equipment for production environment
- Contribute to facility construction projects and design reviews
- Lead problem containment and structured root cause & corrective action investigations
- Identify risks and improvements to develop the manufacturing engineering department
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced manufacturing engineer with at least 5 years of composite manufacturing experience
- Proficient in developing and implementing composite manufacturing technologies and processes
- Skilled in identifying risks, improvements, and mentoring less experienced engineers
- Strong background in tooling design, equipment procurement, and installation
- Ability to lead problem containment and structured root cause & corrective action investigations
