✨ About The Role

- Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing EHS programs to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a culture of safety - Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols - Lead incident investigation processes to determine root causes of accidents, injuries, and near misses - Provide EHS training and education to employees at all levels, including new hire orientation and specialized training for high-risk activities - Stay current on emerging EHS regulations, trends, and best practices to communicate updates to stakeholders

âš¡ Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related field, with professional certification preferred - 1+ years of experience in EHS management, particularly in a manufacturing or industrial setting - Strong understanding of federal, state, and local EHS regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and DOT requirements - Proven track record in developing and implementing effective EHS programs with a focus on injury prevention and risk reduction - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels and conduct EHS training programs
