✨ About The Role
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of user management, resolving support tickets, gathering requirements, providing user training, and ensuring the successful adoption of Salesforce tools within the organization
- Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups
- Resolve user support tickets related to Salesforce functionality and usage
- Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders to inform system enhancements and customizations
- Provide ongoing user training and create training materials as needed to promote effective use of Salesforce features and functionality
âš¡ Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role, with a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices
- Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification required
- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems, including user management, data management, and system configuration
- Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration with other systems and tools
- Exceptional ability to navigate dashboard, create and maintain Salesforce databases - including data modeling, data validation rules, and custom objects
