Position Overview: As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Saronic, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top-tier talent in the highly specialized fields of autonomous systems, robotics, and defense technologies. You will partner with hiring managers, engineering teams, and leadership to shape our hiring strategy, create an exceptional candidate experience, and help scale our organization during a period of rapid growth.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the technical landscape, a passion for sourcing hard-to-find talent, and the ability to navigate the unique challenges associated with recruiting for the defense and autonomous systems sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle technical recruitment efforts for highly specialized roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs.
- Source and engage candidates through creative sourcing techniques.
- Screen resumes, conduct technical interviews, and assess candidates.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.
- Work with the leadership team to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and technologies.
- Build and nurture relationships with both passive and active candidates.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics.
- Stay compliant with all relevant defense industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for high-volume and hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Strong understanding of technologies related to autonomous systems, robotics, and manufacturing.
- Familiarity with security clearance processes and experience recruiting for roles that require clearances is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
