- The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in growth, product, or operations, or as a Software Engineer.
- A strong technical background is essential, ideally with a degree in a STEM field, and proficiency in data analytics using SQL or Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a robust analytical approach are necessary to leverage data for informing growth strategies.
- The candidate should possess an entrepreneurial mindset and be comfortable handling ambiguity while leading workstreams from start to finish.
- Experience with operations-heavy business models such as on-demand services, marketplaces, logistics, or supply chains is preferred.
