- The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring successful outcomes for applications on the Game Warden platform.
- This role involves conducting kick-off meetings, quarterly business reviews, and bi-weekly syncs to provide ongoing support to customers.
- The manager will act as a trusted advisor for customers throughout their journey with Second Front Systems.
- Responsibilities include churn management, customer retention, and driving account expansion to increase lifetime value.
- The role requires mapping customer success journeys and removing friction to enhance the customer experience.
- The manager will liaise with the Sales, Operations, and Product teams to understand customer needs and the value of the Game Warden platform.
- Facilitating business reviews with project teams and executives, both internally and externally, is a key aspect of the job.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role.
- Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities, both written and oral, are essential for success in this position.
- The candidate should have a proven track record of guiding customers through crisis situations while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies are crucial traits for this role.
- Exceptional account management and time management skills are necessary to balance competing requirements and deliver value.
- Experience with Salesforce and Gitlab is preferred, indicating familiarity with industry-standard tools.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and records management, particularly related to the ATO process, is a plus.
