✨ About The Role
- Responsible for building Shield AI’s business opportunities in Europe and Africa, focusing on orders execution and growth for Hivemind on Jets
- Engage with customers regularly to present and discuss Shield AI products, attend trade shows, and coordinate marketing and government relations opportunities
- Devise and execute product demonstrations, lead proposal responses, and develop offset strategies
- Manage team budget, work cross-functionally to address customer needs, and maintain strong customer relations within the military operations and acquisition process
- Willingness to expatriate to Europe for a minimum two-year assignment, with frequent domestic and international travel required
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced professional with over 5 years of relevant Air Force and/or AI, defense industry, or international business experience, ideally with prior Air Force or AI business development experience
- Strong communicator with exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, able to engage with customers and build industry partnerships
- Charismatic leader who can motivate and inspire others, with a desire to contribute to building a leading defense technology company
- Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a track record of meeting and exceeding critical goals and deadlines
- Team player with strong international relationships and the ability to work well across various cultures and customs
