✨ About The Role
- The Program Manager will report directly to the Director of International Program Management and will be responsible for flawless execution of Shield AI's international programs
- The role involves overseeing customer relationships, acting as the key escalation point for operational performance issues, and managing project plans, scope, and schedules
- The Program Manager will need to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, support strategy development, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting of budget and resource management
- The position requires the ability to operate considering cultural nuances and political factors, as well as identifying potential bottlenecks in programs and driving efforts to keep projects on schedule
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced program manager with a minimum of 5-8 years in the defense industry, specifically in international program execution
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead through influence and collaboration
- Proven track record of delivering complex international programs and focusing on long-term business objectives
- Familiarity with export/import regulations and willingness to travel regionally/internationally as needed
- Expertise in project and program management, with the ability to manage multiple programs across different countries
