- The candidate will support customer capture initiatives and redefine the customer capture process.

⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a Strategy & Operations role within a Defense Tech company or a B2B Technology disruptor.
- A background in consulting or investment banking focused on technology or the Aerospace and Defense sector is highly desirable.
- The candidate should possess strong management and leadership skills, with at least 8 years of experience in operational and growth settings.
- Experience in designing and driving cross-functional alignment and performance management systems is essential.
- The successful individual will be adept at problem-solving and facilitating decision-making processes.
