✨ About The Role
- The Principal Engineer will play a key role in shaping and implementing the Hivemind Commander Core Product
- Responsibilities include contributing to building interfaces for internal and customer use, as well as a robust command and control software development kit
- The role involves becoming deeply familiar with the entire Hivemind Edge System and its extension points
- The engineer will collaborate cross-functionally with other team members and new customers to develop robust interfaces and architectures
- The goal is to enhance the quality and reliability of Shield AI's products to protect service members and civilians with AI systems
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced software engineer with a minimum of 15 years developing large, production-quality software systems
- Proficient in React, Node, Typescript, and Material UI with at least 3 years of demonstrated experience
- Skilled in architectural design and implementation of large and complex distributed systems
- Collaborative team player with a track record of working well with designers and user experience researchers
- Previous experience in aerospace and/or robotics industries is a plus
