✨ About The Role
- The Production Technician will be responsible for supporting and performing assembly, testing, and configuration of various aircraft systems
- Tasks include troubleshooting, component removal/replacement, testing, documentation, and fabrication and assembly of aircraft components
- The role involves interpreting engineering drawings, diagrams, and work instructions to fabricate parts and components
- Other duties may include trim, paint, and bodywork of UAV components, engine ground runs, and modifications or repairs to composite components
- The Production Technician will work closely with team members to ensure on-time delivery of aircraft and support departmental needs
⚡ Requirements
- Experience in aircraft production/manufacturing, including composite layup, avionics fabrication, and final assembly, with 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills are essential for success in this role
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and customers, demonstrating good interpersonal skills
- Safety-conscious individual who understands the importance of handling hazardous materials and tools properly
- Proficient in MS software programs and other relevant computer applications related to production
