✨ About The Role
- The Program Manager will be responsible for supporting and leading the development, production, delivery, operations, and sustainment of unmanned aerial vehicle systems within a Defense Technology Company
- The role involves overseeing customer relationships, acting as the key escalation point for programs, projects, and operational performance issues
- Responsibilities include developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, supporting strategy development, and risk management for international program operations
- The Program Manager will be required to make decisions considering cultural nuances and political/military factors, as well as track and report on internal budget, resource, and project management metrics
- Other duties include facilitating collaboration, leading effective meetings, identifying potential bottlenecks in programs, and supporting business development initiatives
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced project manager with a minimum of 5-8 years in a relevant industry, leading large teams and working on important projects
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead through influence and collaboration
- Proven track record of delivering complex program executions and focusing on long-term business objectives
- Familiarity with export/import regulations and willingness to travel regionally/internationally as needed
- Expertise in project and program management, including managing multiple programs across multiple countries
