- The Senior Project Manager will support the development, integration, and deployment of AI pilots on unmanned aerial vehicle systems
- Responsibilities include flawlessly executing all elements of a project or program, supporting internal team and customer relationships, and facilitating program execution
- The role involves developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, tracking and reporting project metrics, and driving efforts to achieve schedule milestones
- The Senior Project Manager will also support business development efforts, including proposals and requests for tender, and identify potential bottlenecks in programs to mitigate risks
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced project manager with a minimum of 5-8 years in a relevant industry, leading large teams and working on important projects
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead through influence and collaboration
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional performance and focusing on long-term business objectives
- Expertise in project and program management, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
