✨ About The Role
- Responsible for solving complex User Experience and Product Design problems associated with developing, deploying, testing, and evaluating autonomy solutions
- Leading the user experience design of the Hivemind web portal and expansive interactive documentation system
- Collaborating with technical leads to enhance the user experience of various products within the Hivemind organization
- Conducting user research to understand user personae and their needs
- Investigating competing products and synthesizing findings to present to engineering and product leadership
⚡ Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a product and/or user experience designer with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience with highly complex software products and product and user experience design of software products delivered with React / web-stack
- Comfortable working within a Linux environment and thriving in a high-velocity product development environment
- Ability to work with ambiguity and produce results with high-level guidance
- Experience with user experience design of autonomous systems and video games is a plus
