Marketing Technology Leader

Shield AI is seeking a proven marketing technology leader to build and lead a world class team that will own the marketing technology stack, campaign operations, and web front-end development. This team will work closely with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Brand/Creative to deliver a high production value website experience that firmly establishes Shield AI's brand, thought leadership, and product messaging and positioning. This team will also work with Field Marketing and Business Development to build systems and seamless processes that allow those teams to work together efficiently in a hypergrowth environment. This is an opportunity to build the tech stack from scratch leveraging the power of modern AI tools from the ground up. The ideal candidate is a builder and operator — someone who is just as comfortable with day-to-day operations as they are with building and scaling global teams.

What you'll do:

1. Own all front-end development efforts for Shield AI's website. Work closely with the Brand and Creative team for UI/UX and with the Product Marketing team for content and information architecture/flow
2. Design Shield AI's Marketing tech stack from the ground up with an emphasis on efficiency and resilience for an inherently complicated and ABM-heavy GTM motion
3. Partner closely with BD Operations to integrate systems and process across the Marketing and BD teams
4. Operate a highly efficient campaign operations team that partners with the Field Marketing team to execute events ensuring trackability and measurement of all key metrics
5. Partner closely with the Strategy and Operations team to set up systems to capture campaign telemetry to assist with all reporting/measurement needs
6. Partner closely with the Digital Marketing team to ensure end-to-end trackability and measurement of the digital marketing funnel both upstream and downstream from the website

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of leadership experience in marketing operations and web front end management. Diverse experience in B2B AND B2C contexts is preferred.
• Proven track record of using AI in appropriate scenarios with measurable impact
• Proven success building and scaling global operational teams
• Track record of producing high-production, brand-defining digital experiences on par with leading tech innovators.
• Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Hubspot, 6Sense, Wordpress, Java Script, Clay and AI tooling is desirable
• Exceptional leadership grounded in humility, curiosity, kindness, and decisiveness, with a reputation for building trusted, high-performing teams and partnerships.

$154,000 - $232,000 a year

Full-time regular employee offer package:

Pay within range listed + Bonus + Benefits + Equity

Temporary employee offer package:

Pay within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment)

Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
