- The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for owning Shift5's field marketing program, from strategy creation to execution and follow-up.
- This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive field and events strategy aligned with company goals and revenue targets.
- The candidate will create demand generation strategies to build Shift5's brand and influence pipeline in B2G and commercial sectors.
- Responsibilities include managing event logistics, vendor contracts, and maintaining a calendar of live and online events.
- The position requires attending major trade shows and providing on-site support, from setup to teardown.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or event marketing.
- A successful candidate will possess strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- The role requires a proactive team player with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude.
- Previous experience in the defense technology, law enforcement technology, or cybersecurity sectors is highly desirable.
- The candidate must be a US citizen and have experience working within B2G environments, particularly in federal civilian or DoD verticals.
