- The role involves acting as a trusted advisor for coordinating approvals of complex deals through various internal stakeholder groups.
- The candidate will develop creative structures and coordinate deal approvals across finance, sales leadership, service delivery, and legal teams.
- Responsibilities include reviewing and approving opportunities to ensure accuracy and alignment with company policies.
- The position requires providing data inputs for quarterly sales forecasting and reporting on forecasting accuracy and deal velocity.
- Collaboration with the Product organization to develop hardware opportunity forecasts is a key aspect of the role.
- The candidate will also liaise with post-sales and delivery organizations to provide insights for capacity planning.
- Initiatives to improve productivity and simplify processes throughout the GTM organization will be driven by this role.
- The position includes monitoring the RevOps Support Slack channel and responding to inquiries in the SFDC opportunity queue.
- The candidate will maintain deal management tools and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Training for new and existing sales reps on Deal Desk and Quote to Cash best practices will also be part of the responsibilities.
⚡ Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, data science, business, or social sciences is required for this role.
- The ideal candidate should have an interest in aviation, cybersecurity, defense technology, or B2B/B2G/public sector sales.
- Familiarity with the Enterprise SaaS/B2B industry, particularly in Deal Desk, Order Management, Finance Operations, Sales Operations, or Pricing, is preferred.
- Strong business acumen and excellent reporting and analytics skills are essential for success in this position.
- The candidate should be highly organized, customer-focused, and possess a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to be self-aware, transparent, and open to feedback are crucial.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively during high-volume periods is necessary.
- Proficiency in GSuite and Salesforce (SFDC) is required, along with basic knowledge of a CPQ tool such as Zuora or Salesforce CPQ.
