✨ About The Role
- The role involves executing new product introduction builds across all work centers, focusing on process development and validation.
- The Manufacturing Engineer will assist with the initial setup of the Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) line and programming of equipment.

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in SMT or PCBA process engineering or solar array manufacturing is required.

- Experience in mentoring and training less experienced team members is highly valued.
- The successful individual will thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and be willing to work occasional long hours and weekends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
