✨ About The Role
- The Machine Learning Support Engineer will partner with Snorkel Flow users to design, build, troubleshoot, and deploy AI applications.
- This role involves leading the resolution of critical technical issues and providing prompt solutions to customer challenges.
- The engineer will perform live working sessions to analyze and address customer-reported issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- The position requires prioritizing, documenting, and coordinating customer issues with ML Success Managers and the engineering team.
- As a key member of the Customer Success Team, the engineer will help shape processes, best practices, and the Snorkel product.

- The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science or Engineering is essential for this position.
- Proficiency in Python is required, along with experience in cloud infrastructure providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- The candidate should possess outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience with support software such as Zendesk, Jira, and Slack is preferred, indicating familiarity with customer support processes.
