✨ About The Role
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for the sales team, covering product knowledge, industry trends, and effective sales techniques
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create onboarding materials and resources for new XF hires to the GTM team
- Create and update sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to support the GTM team throughout the customer lifecycle
- Analyze the sales process to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and increased productivity to drive higher conversion rates throughout each stage of the sales process

- Highly intelligent, with a high EQ and a self-aware, coachable attitude
- Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset, leveraging data to drive sales productivity
- Experience in building onboarding programs in a sales-led GTM motion environment
- Previous experience creating content and leading training sessions with a very technical product
- Previous sales methodology training and ideally certified in Force Management Command of the Message
