✨ About The Role
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for the sales team, covering product knowledge, industry trends, and effective sales techniques
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create onboarding materials and resources for new hires to the go-to-market team
- Create and update sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to support the go-to-market team throughout the customer lifecycle
- Analyze the sales process to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and increased productivity with the goal of driving higher conversion rates
- Facilitate effective communication between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on key initiatives and goals

- Highly intelligent, with a strong emotional intelligence and a humble attitude
- Experienced in building onboarding programs in a sales-led go-to-market environment
- Skilled in creating content and leading training sessions for a technical product
- Previous experience with sales methodology training, ideally with Force Management Command of the Message certification
- Ability to analyze data to drive sales productivity and evolve enablement programs
