- The role involves developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for the sales team, covering product knowledge, industry trends, and effective sales techniques
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to create onboarding materials and resources for new hires to the GTM team
- Creating and updating sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to support the GTM team throughout the customer lifecycle
- Analyzing the sales process to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and increased productivity to drive higher conversion rates
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and streamline workflows, while ensuring alignment on key initiatives and goals

- Highly intelligent, with a strong EQ and a humble attitude, able to leverage data to drive sales productivity and evolve enablement programs
- Experienced in building onboarding programs in a sales-led GTM motion environment and creating content for technical products
- Possesses excellent communication skills and has previous experience leading training sessions
- Ideally has previous sales methodology training and selling experience, especially with complex technical products
