- The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for driving collaboration tasks across teams and managing complex, cross-functional programs spanning research to production - This role involves leading all aspects of program delivery, improving project management practices, and driving cross-functional collaboration and alignment around the product roadmap - The TPM will define the way of driving programs, constantly finding ways to improve processes in a data-driven manner, and will be the owner of the collaboration process and tools - General project management activities include preparing project schedules, tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring smooth product release to market - The role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset to think big and execute well in a dynamic environment

- Experienced technical program manager with a background in project delivery and technical leadership, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with teams, management, and cross-functional stakeholders - Proven track record of shipping products to enterprise customers and managing complex, cross-functional programs - Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and familiar with project management tools like Jira - Bachelor's degree or above with at least 5 years of relevant experience
